I written a memoir Nice, which I am currently in pursuit of getting published. First, I have to find an agent, but that's another story. My synopsis...
Stranded in extreme South Jersey, where inhabitants are scarce and muskrats run rampant, I spend the early 1990’s commuting to college and desperately trying to convince myself that my existence is not cursed…despite the fact that the Space Shuttle Challenger did blow up on my thirteenth birthday. When my hot new man Andy dies, the fight feels pointless. Who can blame the next in line, Neil, for escaping north to the glamorous city of Trenton? Will he place a restraining order against my obsessive best friend Vanessa like a previous boyfriend of mine had? I certainly should! Is the geographical (…and emotional) distance between us far enough to prevent him from falling into my inauspicious web? No. Unfortunately, it’s not.
